Cultivated olive groves with experience and passion for three generations in Buseto Palizzolo, a Sicilian village in the province of Trapani, a rich land with thick olive trees.
The estate extends partly over the municipality of Buseto Palizzolo, and Castellammare del Golfo (TP), on an area of about five hectares, where different crops are grown (lilac white, cerasuola and nocellara), able to offer an oil of the highest quality.
Experience and expertise allow the company to control the entire production cycle, from flowering to the transformation of olives, respecting the environment and nature. In 2011 the company obtained the Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P.), with the aim of improving the quality of the product while taking care of the land.

Production
The oil is ground by mechanical procedure, and from cold pressing and centrifugation, unfiltered, a fragrant and intense oil is obtained from the mixture of lilac white, cerasuola and nocellara.
